Red Cross seeks help for Vincennes family who lost possessions in fire
VINCENNES - The Red Cross is providing help to a Vincennes family whose home was damaged in a morning fire earlier this week.

Officials from the Old Northwest Territory Chapter of the American Red Cross, which includes Lawrence County, said the home of Cheryl Bilskie suffered significant damage.

In addition to losing clothing and other belongings, Bilskie lost toys and Christmas presents for a 20-month-old boy.

Anyone wanting to donate clothing, household items, or toys may contact Bilskie at 812-886-5878, or the Red Cross at 812-882-2204. Bilskie wears an XL top, size 14/15 in pants and a 6 1/2 W in shoes. The 20-month-old wears a 24-month in tops and pants and a size 6 in infant shoes.
