Holistic health coach to be Dine With A Doc speaker
LAWRENCEVILLE - Holistic Health Coach Larry Wetnight will be the guest speaker at Friday's Dine With A Doc program from 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. at the Lawrence County Senior Citizens Center located at 1705 12th St. Lawrenceville.

Wetnight will speak about sugar consumption.

Wetnight is a Holistic Health Coach with a certification by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP)

Passionate about exercise since high school, he never made the connection that what we eat plays a large role in our health until recent years when he realized the great importance food has in our living a quality life. He said he is driven to search for optimal wellness plans that positively impact one's overall health. It's his belief that eating healthful food, exercise, and a large dose of a "merry heart" will improve one's overall health.

Dine with a Doc is a free program that welcomes the local senior public to getting to hear an educational topic while enjoying a complimentary lunch which is provided by Lawrence County Senior Centers this month.

Organizers stress there is no need to bring any money - just bring a questioning mind, an appetite and perhaps a friend.

This program is a community effort of a doctor, a lunch sponsor, the senior citizens, local churches and area businesses.

To RSVP to the event please call 943-2177. All seniors are welcome to attend.
