Area schools plan spring programs
LAWRENCEVILLE - Parkside Elementary School, Parkview Junior High School, Lawrenceville High School and Bridgeport Grade School have announced spring programs.

All of the programs are free and open to the public. All of Parkside's programs will be held at 2 p.m. in the gym.

BGS will have two Pre-K programs Thursday. The morning class will perform at 9 a.m. while the afternoon class performs at 1 p.m.

At Parkview, Friday the first grade will hold a "Home On the Range." The children will be dressed as Cowboys and Cowgirls.

On May 3 the second grade classes will have a "Songs of Long Ago" program.

May 10 the third-graders will perform "Lights! Camera! Action!"

May 15 the LHS Band and Choir will hold a concert at 6:30 p.m. in the school's auditorium.

The fifth grade classes will perform "A Recorder Recital" on May 16.

May 17 the fourth grade students will take part in a "Rockin' In The USA: A Brief History of Popular Music."

May 23 Parkview Band and Choir will have a concert at 6:30 p.m. in the PJHS gym. The Parkside 5th grade band will also perform.

All programs are under the direction of Robin LeGrand and William Magee.
