Lawrence County's 'Dream Dozen'
Daily Record selects All-Lawrence County winter sports team
LAWRENCEVILLE - For the first time, the Daily Record is honoring Lawrence County athletes by selecting an All-Winter Sports team.

The Lawrence County "Dream Dozen" was chosen with the help of coaches.

Lawrenceville High School's girls basketball team finished with a 13-13 mark with only one senior on its roster. That senior, Kourtney Osmon, was one of three Lady Indians chosen to the All-Lawrence County winter sports team. Also chosen were a pair of 6-0 freshmen, Brianna Mefford and Morgan Parrish.

Red Hill High School's girls basketball team was represented by sophomore Jamesha Western.

Two members of Lawrenceville High School's basketball team were selected to the "Dream Dozen." They were sophomores Harry Loeb and Brandt Cochran.

Dalton Murray, a sophomore, was selected to represent Red Hill High School's basketball team.

Five members of Lawrence County's high school wrestling team were chosen for the team. The wrestling team is made up of athletes from both Lawrence County schools.

Red Hill senior wrestlers Trevor Richards and Jacob Wirth and junior Cole Westall were named to the team as were LHS senior wrestler Hoa Bobe and sophomore A.J. Mendenhall.
