LAWRENCEVILLE - Russell Leroy Goins, Sr., age 77, of Lawrenceville, died on Monday, Oct. 14, 2019 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville.
Burial will be in the Portee Cemetery.
