LAWRENCEVILLE — As Lawrence County continues to see a decline in positive COVID-19 cases, having announced only four new cases on Jan. 19, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has announced that Region 6, which includes Lawrence County, is on track to move from Tier 1 mitigations to Phase 4.
